讨论气体成分、包装材料、贮存温度和脱氧剂等因素对厦门馅饼气调包装保存期的影响,指出在室温下馅饼气调包装也有良好效果,保质其可达30天以上,比原包装提高二倍多。
The effects of gas composition, packaging material, storage temperature and deoxidizer on the shelf life of Xiamen Paste Modified Atmosphere Packaging (PTE) packaging were discussed. It was pointed out that the Paste Modified Atmosphere Package also had good effect at room temperature. The shelf life was up to 30 days, More than doubled.
