疱疹样天疱疮(Herpetiform Pemphigus简称HP)是天疱疮的一个变型,多发生于中老年人,具有类似疱疹样皮炎的临床表现,又有天疱疮的免疫病理学特征。国内仅见靳培英等报告过11例。我们对本科1987年6月至1989年12月收治的6例HP做了活检标本直接免疫荧光检查(DIF)和血清间接免疫荧光检查(IIF),报告如下。
Herpetiform Pemphigus (HP) is a variant of pemphigus that occurs mostly in the elderly and has clinical manifestations similar to dermatitis herpetiformis, as well as immunopathologic features of pemphigus.
