1987年2月27日至3月2日,在邯郸市召开了“邯郸市城市抗震防灾规划基础资料技术鉴定与规划评审会”。共有25个单位44位代表参加了会议。国家地震局地质所研究员徐煜坚为主任委员,天津市建筑设计院研究所副研究员王承春和邯郸市市建委总工程师胡绍英为副主任委员。河北省建设厅副厅长吴儒生,邯郸市副市长田艺杰出席了开幕式。建设部抗震办公室刘志刚同志出席了会议。
From February 27, 1987 to March 2, 1987, the “Assessment and Planning Review on Basic Data Technology for Urban Earthquake Disaster Prevention Planning” was held in Handan City. A total of 44 representatives from 25 units attended the meeting. Xu Yanjian, a researcher of the State Seismological Bureau’s Institute of Geology, was the chairman, Wang Chengchun, an associate researcher at the Tianjin Institute of Architectural Design, and Hu Shaoying, the chief engineer of the City Construction Committee of Handan City, were the deputy directors. Wu Rusheng, deputy director of the Hebei Provincial Construction Department, and Tian Yijie, deputy mayor of Handan City attended the opening ceremony. Comrade Liu Zhigang, the earthquake-resistant office of the Ministry of Construction, attended the meeting.
