研究孔边距及孔间距对微通道塑料薄膜截面形状的影响,利用Polyflow软件对各种不同孔边距及孔间距的微通道塑料薄膜挤出成型进行数值模拟。结果表明:增大孔边距,薄膜两端厚度增大,边孔椭圆度减小,孔平均椭圆度减小,减小幅度较小;增大孔间距,薄膜两端厚度减小,边孔椭圆度及孔的平均椭圆度均减小。这为合理设计微通道塑料薄膜挤出机头提供了依据。
The effects of hole margin and hole spacing on the cross-sectional shape of microchannel plastic film were studied. Polyflow software was used to simulate the microchannel plastic film extrusion with different hole margin and hole spacing. The results show that when the edge of the hole is increased, the thickness of both ends of the film increases, the edge ellipticity decreases, the average ellipticity of the hole decreases and the decrease degree decreases. The ellipticity and the average ellipticity of the pores both decrease. This provides a basis for the rational design of microchannel plastic film extruder head.
