一、要认真抓好学习目的的教育,启发学生自觉地把社会需要变成自己的责任,把“要我学”变成“我要学”。我多年担任英语课教学,在每个班级上第一堂课时,开宗明义第一讲就是介绍英语在世界上运用的广泛性,以及在改革开放与国际交往中的重要作用。我还用典型的人和事来说明掌握英语的必要性和可能性。如讲述马克思、列宁、毛泽东、周恩来等领袖人物重视英语、学习英语的动人故事;介绍我国一些知名人士、专家、学者学习和运用英语为四化作贡献的先进事例;宣扬张海迪身残志坚、刻苦自学英语并能翻译小说的动人事迹。事实证明,这一课是不可少的,并且要经常讲、反复讲,使学生感受强大的推动力,产生强烈的求知欲。 First, it is necessary to conscientiously grasp the education of the purpose of learning, and inspire students to consciously turn social needs into their own responsibilities, and turn “requiring me to learn” into “I want to learn.” When I was teaching English for many years, the first lecture in the first class of each class was to introduce the extensive use of English in the world and its important role in the reform, opening up, and international exchanges. Facts have proved that this lesson is indispensable, and we must talk about it frequently and repeatedly, so that students feel a strong driving force and generate a strong desire for knowledge.
