肾移植术后并发白内障，以往报道较少。我院自１９７８年９月至１９９２年６月共施行同种异体肾移植２１５例，１９８８年１１月以后施术者为１７０例，其中６例术后发生双眼白内障。本文报告６例１０只眼白内障的治疗及结果，并简要讨论其成因。
Cataracts after renal transplantation, less reported in the past. Our hospital from September 1978 to June 1992 co-implementation of allograft kidney transplantation in 215 cases, in November 1988 after surgery were 170 cases, of which 6 cases of binocular cataract occurred. This article reports the treatment and results of 6 cases of 10 eyes with cataract and briefly discusses its causes.
