商业模式是企业实际流程下创造价值的逻辑系统,其对企业价值的影响可以分为首要效应和次要效应两部分,前者侧重于价值创造,后者侧重于价值分配。充分认识商业模式的价值影响效应,可以为企业家更好地寻找或者创造价值机会提供理论基础,而商业模式的价值影响效应可以分别从基本功能和关键要素两个角度进行分析。
The business model is the logical system of creating value under the actual process of the enterprise. Its impact on the enterprise value can be divided into two parts: the primary effect and the secondary effect. The former focuses on value creation while the latter focuses on the value allocation. Fully understanding the effect of the value of the business model can provide a theoretical basis for entrepreneurs to better find or create value opportunities. The effect of the value of the business model can be analyzed from the two perspectives of the basic functions and the key factors.
