笔者利用自编的《湘南地区农村教师专业自主发展状况调查》问卷,对湘南地区农村初中和小学教师进行调查。结果表明:①农村教师学历偏低,专业自主发展意识和能力都还较低;②农村教师老龄化现象已现端倪;③农村教师学习途径太少,农村学校严重缺乏基础学习设施;④农村教师的专业自主发展动力不足,现有的教师评价机制不能激起教师发展的动机;⑤男教师的专业品质、教学效能感等各个方面明显优于女教师,因此女教师需要更加努力。
The author makes use of the questionnaire “Autonomous Development of Professional Teachers in Southern Hunan Province” questionnaire to investigate junior and middle school teachers in rural areas of southern Hunan. The results showed as follows: ①The teachers’ qualifications in rural areas are low, the awareness and ability of self-development are still low; ②Aging phenomenon of rural teachers has taken shape; ③ There are too few ways for rural teachers to learn and there is a serious lack of basic learning facilities in rural schools; The existing teacher evaluation mechanism can not arouse the motivation of teachers ’development; (5) The male teachers’ professional qualities and teaching efficacy are obviously superior to female teachers in all aspects, so the female teachers need to work harder.
