在“十二五”期间,我区再次承担了教育部和上海市的两个重点课题,其核心理念都是“个性化教学”。其中,“在班级授课制前提下,精准针对个体差异的个别化教学研究”成为静安教育走向“个性化”的重要支撑。去年初,我区在部分学科学段率先推进了“教学设计前端分析案例征集”项目。这次征集的案例要求含有学材分析、学情分析和教学对策三部分。其中,学情分析不仅要涉及教学内容学习的知识技能基础、过程方法基础和情感态度价值观基础,还要涵盖学生的一般年龄特征(认知特点)与个别差异(学习经验、生活经验、学习风格)。
