理念与设想缘起“一段话”习近平总书记在参加“快乐童年放飞希望”主题队日活动时说,要在广大少年儿童中开展好理想信念教育,增强少先队员对少先队组织的光荣感、归属感,用中国梦激发他们心中的理想梦、科学梦、创造梦、报国梦。希望“少年儿童从小就要立志向、有梦想,爱学习、爱劳动、爱祖国,德智体美全面发展,长大后做对祖国建设有用的人才”。
