综述了镁合金的表面清洗、化学处理、阳极氧化、有机物充填密封、无铬的化学处理等方法。化学处理主要有磷酸 高锰酸盐、多聚磷酸盐及氟锆酸盐处理 ,所形成膜的耐腐蚀性能与含铬的化学转化膜相当 ,并且是充填密封处理的良好基底 ;阳极氧化处理浴的主要成分为可溶性硅酸盐、氢氧化物和氟化物 ,形成的氧化膜为SiO2 、MgO与MgF2 组成的混合膜 ,这种膜比早期的DOW17与HAE工艺处理形成的阳极氧化膜具有更优异的耐腐蚀和耐磨损等性能 ,同时也是充填密封处理的优良基底
