高中综合素质评价已实施十多年,从全面开花到现在的渐入沉寂,如何将其纳入高考体系成为近几年的焦点话题。实施十多年,有经验积累,有弊端显现。显然,仅将它作为高考的“录取参考”已不够,现在到了要变革前行的关口,只有将其直接纳入高考,才能调协各方积极性参与其中,才能改变单一的考试评价制度,提升素质教育的质量。在改革中,可参考“综合素质评价+高考成绩”的混合录取、“差额投递”“推荐自荐”等方法。实现直接纳入高考体系需要专家团队顶层设计魄力,需要完善监督体制和违规的重典罚则,还需要信息化平台的运用。
