本届制冷大会A_3专业会上共发表论文三十一篇,其中属气体分离、液化和贮存部份的论文为十六篇,这部份文章比较集中涉及的问题是应用气体分离和液化技术解决能源和资源问题,下面的介绍也围绕这个问题进行。一、气体分离和液化技术与新能源的开发印度的S.K.DUTTA ROY 和P.K.BOSE 在题为“发展中国家小型液化天然气工厂的目标”的论文中提出:缺乏或只有有限的石油资源的发展中国家应当建立以生物气或污水气为原料的小型“天然气”液化工厂,这不但有利于能源问题的解决,而且也有益于环境的卫生。
