D2专业委员会上共宣读了三十一篇论文,论文分冷藏运输中的节能,使用集装箱运送水果、蔬菜,薄壁车问题以及发展中国家的冷藏运输等方面。这些文章大都属于应用性的,有实用价值,现分别介绍如下:一、冷藏运输的节能问题:由于世界能源危机,节能是当前的一个中心课题,冷藏运输亦不例外,这次会上有七篇文章涉及到这个方面。美国、加拿大主要介绍了用液化气体(CO_2)作冷源的情况,东德、法国和意大利则介绍了用共晶溶液蓄冷板作冷源的情况。1.用液化气体作冷源:
