On January 27, 2003, Shanghai No. 2 Intermediate People’s Court ended a case of false statements filed by 16 investors against Garbo Industrial Co., Ltd. according to law. This was the case in 893 similar cases of various kinds accepted by the courts after the SPC promulgated the “Several Provisions Concerning the Trial of Civil Compensation Cases Caused by False Statements in the Stock Market” (the “Certain Provisions”) on January 9, 2003 A complete case closed together.
