提高科技自主创新能力是宁波市实现产业结构升级、提高核心竞争力的中心环节。本文在分析论证宁波科技创新能力现状及存在问题的基础上,提出了促进科技创新能力提高的措施建议。
Enhancing the capability of independent innovation of science and technology is the central part of Ningbo City in upgrading its industrial structure and enhancing its core competitiveness. Based on the analysis of the status quo and existing problems of Ningbo's science and technology innovation capability, this paper puts forward some measures to promote the improvement of science and technology innovation ability.
