作者于1964~1974年12年内共治疗面神经麻痹患者1501例,其中Bell氏麻痹发病率最高902例(60%),Hunt氏麻痹次之共164例(10.9%),头外伤占第三位,共141例(9.4%),三项总数达80%,其他如手术外伤88例(5.9%),中耳炎61例(4.1%),1501例中乳幼儿共112例(7.5%),其病因发生频度异于成人,如病因居首位之Bell氏麻痹共49例(43.8%),仍较成人明显减低。中耳炎引起者18例(16.1%),高于成人,而Hunt氏麻痹及头外伤性麻痹发病
