作为一名班主任,除应加强班级显性文化的建设外,更应注重隐性文化的挖掘。班级隐性文化,是指学校中客观存在的、常常以潜移默化的方式对学生的全面发展产生实际影响的各种因素。良好的班级隐性文化不仅能让教室每个角落开花,让每面墙壁说话,更能促使班级文化在学生中内化于心,外显于行,从而营造良好的班级氛围,形成健康的班风。
