试验种条大部分采自陕西省延安地区水保所大砭沟试验场,少部分采自青海省大通县东峡林场。扦插前,用清水浸泡插条3—4天。插条长度因试验不同分10、15、20cm。下端剪成马耳形,上端平截。试验分不同基质、不同采条部位、不同条龄、不同长度插条对扦插成活率影响等内容。试验结果为:(1)不同基质对扦插成活率有显著影响,在同一基质情况下,覆膜对扦插成活率影响不显著。其中沙壤土好于垆土。(2)不同采集部位的插条对扦插成活及生长影响不一。其中,冠丛条、油条、1—2年生萌条扦插成活率均较高,唯有3
Most of the test species were collected from the Dachanggou Experimental Site of the Institute for Soil and Water Conservation in Yan’an, Shaanxi Province, and a small part was collected from Dongxia Forest Farm, Datong County, Qinghai Province.
