本文拟简述激光全息照相法的基本原理及试验装置,对其技术要求作简要评价。采用该装置对非金属蜂窝胶接质量进行全息照相。对全息照相的主要工艺参数的技术要求作评价,给出缺陷干涉条纹图像及实物解剖图像共十五幅。评价该方法发现缺陷的重复性、可靠性及灵敏度。确认该方法是检验胶接结构质量的行之有效的、可靠的、有发展前景的一种无损检验方法。
In this paper, the basic principles and experimental equipment of laser holography are briefly described, and their technical requirements are briefly evaluated. The device is used for holographic non-metallic honeycomb bonding quality. The technical requirements of the main process parameters of holography are evaluated, and a total of fifteen pieces of the interference fringe image and the real anatomical image are given. Evaluate the repeatability, reliability and sensitivity of the method for finding defects. It is confirmed that this method is a kind of nondestructive testing method which is effective, reliable and promising for testing the quality of cementitious structures.
