在正畸牙齿移动的诸类型中,垂直方向的移动方式比较独特,效果较难产生,产生后还易复发。此外,力值较难掌握,力量过大易使牙齿松动加剧,甚至造成根尖血循环障碍导致牙髓坏死;力量小时难以取得疗效,尤其是牙齿的压低移动。本文的目的是探索猴下切牙压低的实际效果,观察猴牙压低过程中的组织学特征,为临床提供理论根据。
In the types of orthodontic tooth movement, the movement in the vertical direction is rather unique, the effect is more difficult to produce, and the recurrence is easy after the occurrence. In addition, the force value is more difficult to grasp, the force is too large and easy to make teeth loose aggravate, and even cause apical blood circulation disorders lead to pulp necrosis; power hours difficult to obtain curative effect, especially the teeth move down. The purpose of this paper is to explore the actual effect of inferior incisors and to observe the histological features during the process of monkey teeth depression, providing a theoretical basis for clinical practice.
