陈鹤琴先生曾经说过:“幼儿教育是一个系统工程,需要幼儿园和家庭密切配合,协同合”。幼儿园教育与家庭教育有各自的优势,都不可替代。因此只有家园共育才能整合幼儿园、教师、家庭、家长等多方面资源,实现幼儿园教育与家庭教育的优势互补,最大限度地形成教育合力促进幼儿的发展。一、更新观念,转换角色我们通过专题教研进行研讨,用《纲要》、《指南》的新理念引领教师反思过去的工作,找准问题,尽快完成角色
