中国在区域旅游合作方面已取得了一定成就。然而,实践中“合而不作”、违约等现象却屡见不鲜。以声誉理论为基础进行合作效应分析,构建了以实现合作完全信息化和规避违约行为为目的的“声誉信息系统”。该系统以合作主体声誉信息为核心,通过网络、会议等传播途径,使合作主体的各类信息能无障碍地在区域旅游合作者之间有效传递,一定程度上避免了“匿名社会”合作中不完全信息下所带来的违约现象。
China has made some achievements in regional tourism cooperation. However, in practice, it is not uncommon for phenomena such as “merging without making” and default. Based on the reputation theory, this paper analyzes the cooperation effect and builds a “reputation information system” for the purpose of realizing the complete informationization of cooperation and avoiding the non-compliance. The system takes the cooperation subject reputation information as the core, and through the network, conference and other means of communication, various types of information of the cooperation subjects can be effectively transmitted between the regional tourism partners without any obstacles, to a certain extent, the “anonymous society” The default caused by incomplete information in cooperation.
