本试验选用苦荞品种“川荞1号”为试验材料,采用硼(硼砂)分别为:0%、0.06%、0.12%、0.24%、0.48%;磷酸二氢钾分别为:0%、0.1%、0.2%、0.4%、0.8%;钼酸铵分别为:0%、0.05%、0.1%、0.2%、0.4%,在现蕾开花期和开花结实期2次叶面喷施,2012和2013连续2年在秋荞上进行试验。试验结果表明,叶面喷施硼砂、磷酸二氢钾、钼酸铵对川荞1号籽粒产量有一定影响,但未达到5%显著水平。喷施3种微量元素肥料可以增加川荞1号籽粒黄酮含量,3种微量元素处理间均达到1%极显著水平。
In this experiment, the buckwheat variety “Chuanghou 1” was used as the experimental material, boron (borax) were 0%, 0.06%, 0.12%, 0.24% and 0.48% respectively; potassium dihydrogen phosphate was 0% , 0.1%, 0.2%, 0.4% and 0.8% respectively. The contents of ammonium molybdate were 0%, 0.05%, 0.1%, 0.2% and 0.4% 2012 and 2013 were tested on autumn buckwheat for two consecutive years. The results showed that foliar application of borax, potassium dihydrogen phosphate and ammonium molybdate had some effects on the grain yield of Chuanghuag 1, but did not reach the significant level of 5%. Spraying three kinds of trace element fertilizers could increase the flavonoid content of Chuanghuang 1, and the three trace elements treatments all reached the extremely significant level of 1%.
