“解城市用水之急”,这是今年“世界水日”的主题。“依法治水、科学管水、强化节水”,是我国今年纪念“世界水日”和“《水法》宣传周”的主题。它为我们提出了一个共同的问题,那就是城市面临严重缺水。城市水资源问题在我国许多地区相当尖锐,对社会经济可否持续发展构成了严重威胁。我们要通过各种形式的宣传活动,宣传城市面临的缺水问题和可能解决的方法,以唤起人们对城市水资源状况的关注。
“Urgent solution to urban water,” this is the theme of this year’s “World Water Day.” “Law governing water, scientific management of water and strengthening water conservation” is the theme of this year’s commemorative “World Water Day” and “Water Law” propaganda week. It raises a common problem for us that the city is facing a serious shortage of water. The problem of urban water resources is quite acute in many parts of our country and poses a serious threat to the sustainable development of the social economy. Through various forms of publicity activities, we will publicize the city’s water shortage problems and possible solutions to arouse people’s attention to the state of urban water resources.
