为研究脑梗死患者多胺代谢及其有关影响因素,以43例健康人为对照,采用高效液相色谱法测定102例脑梗死患者静脉血中腐胺、精胺、精脒水平,并观察其可能的影响因素。结果发现病程1周内患者,腐胺水平明显升高,精胺、精脒水平降低,第2周即有恢复,但2周以上仍然与对照组不同。影响多胺代谢的前四位因素依次是病情严重性、损伤容积、梗死部位、病程。药物治疗对多胺水平也有影响。三种多胺中,以腐胺变化最明显。提示脑梗死患者存在以腐胺升高为主的多胺代谢异常,且后者受病情严重性等多种因素的影响。
In order to study the polyamines metabolism and related factors in patients with cerebral infarction, 43 healthy individuals were used as controls. The levels of putrescine, spermine and spermidine were determined in 102 patients with cerebral infarction by high performance liquid chromatography The impact of factors. The results showed that in patients within 1 week course, the level of putrescine was significantly increased, spermine and spermidine levels were reduced, the first two weeks that is restored, but more than two weeks and the control group is still different.
