新的体系在功能、内容、结构、评价以及实施上都有了重大的变化,给教师提出了严峻的挑战,同时也提供了机遇。新课程能否顺利实施,能否通过教学方式和教学观念的改变有效地促进学生的成长,关键在于教师理念的转变。以下是笔者在教学实践中的几点体会,主要从教师的观念、学生的特点、课堂教学的有效性等方面来阐述。
The new system has undergone major changes in function, content, structure, evaluation and implementation, posing serious challenges to teachers and providing opportunities as well. The successful implementation of the new curriculum, whether through teaching methods and teaching concepts to effectively promote the growth of students, the key lies in the transformation of teachers’ philosophy. The following is the author in teaching practice experience, mainly from the teacher’s point of view, the characteristics of students, the effectiveness of classroom teaching to elaborate.
