龙关有,男,满族,中共党员。生前系黑龙江省垦牡丹江管理局云山不库管理站职工。1953年4月出生,1972年12月参加工作。1973年1月入伍,1978年4月转业后在牡丹江管理局湖北闸水利大队工作。曾任牡丹江管理局公安局云山水库渔业派出所民警、所长,云山水库管理站党支部书记,虎林市石头河水库管理站站长、水利工程公司副经理等职。2003年1月从云山水库管理站内退后到宁安市经营养殖业。2012年7月18日,在宁安市宁安镇红城村附近牡丹江段,关龙有奋不顾身跳入江中抢救两名溺水中学生,因江水湍急,体力不支,献出了
