分析了云南某银矿的主要矿物组成,针对该矿石含银矿物种类多、氧化程度高的特点进行了大量试验,最终采用浮选一尾矿氰化联合流程。为提高银精矿回收率,浮选过程采用联合用药,加入捕收剂B,使银的回收率提高了近9%。氰化过程加入助浸剂D+助浸剂C,使银的浸出率提高了近30%。最终指标为浮选银精矿产率2.57%,银品位4541.63g/t,银的回收率67.43%;浮选尾矿氰化作业的浸出率69.18%,对原矿回收率22.53%,总回收率为89.96%。
The main mineral composition of a silver mine in Yunnan Province was analyzed. A large number of tests were carried out in view of the characteristics of the silver-bearing minerals with a high degree of oxidation and finally the flotation tailing cyanidation combined process was adopted. In order to improve the recovery rate of silver concentrates, the flotation process is combined with the use of collector B, so that the silver recovery rate increased by nearly 9%. Cyanide process by adding aid D + aid infusion C, the silver leaching rate increased by nearly 30%.
