应用抗GFAP多抗对42例人脑星形细胞瘤标本进行免疫组化研究。结果表明,阳性反应信号位于胞浆;阳性反应细胞密度和反应强度随肿瘤恶性程度的升高而下降,Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级与Ⅲ一Ⅳ级肿瘤标本平阳性细胞密度有显著差异(P<0.05)。
Immunohistochemical study on 42 specimens of human astrocytoma using anti-GFAP polyclonal antibody. The results showed that the signal of positive reaction was located in the cytoplasm. The density and intensity of positive cells decreased with the increase of malignant degree of tumor. The density of positive cells in grade Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ-Ⅳ were significantly different (P <0 .05).
