研究了在不同养护制度下不同掺量高钙灰对水泥基材料干燥收缩、自收缩以及孔结构的影响。结果表明:在一定高钙灰掺量范围内,干燥收缩与自收缩随着掺量的增加而减少;在蒸养条件下,高钙灰水泥基材料表现出良好的适应性,蒸养能降低水泥基材料的干燥收缩;但自收缩所占比重增大;高钙灰的掺入,细化水泥基材料的孔径,优化其孔结构。
The effects of different dosage of high calcium ash on drying shrinkage, self-shrinkage and pore structure of cement-based materials under different curing systems were studied. The results showed that the drying shrinkage and self-shrinkage decreased with the increasing of the content of calcium and calcium in a certain range of high calcium ash content. Under the condition of steam curing, the high calcium ash cement-based material showed good adaptability and the steam curing energy was decreased Cement-based materials dry shrinkage; but the proportion of self-shrinkage increases; high-calcium ash incorporation, refining the pore size of cement-based materials to optimize the pore structure.
