组织绩效管理是管理理论和实践的重要内容。运用系统方法,综合国内外组织绩效影响因素的研究结果,构建了系统的组织绩效影响因素模型。该模型探讨了员工绩效与组织绩效的关系,分析了个人目标和组织目标、个人激励和组织激励、个人素质、工作任务的性质、内外部环境对组织绩效的影响。
Organizational performance management is an important part of management theory and practice. By using the systematic method and integrating the research results of the influential factors of organizational performance both at home and abroad, a systematic model of organizational performance influencing factors is constructed. The model explores the relationship between employee performance and organizational performance, and analyzes the personal goals and organizational goals, personal and organizational motivation, personal qualities, the nature of work tasks, and the impact of internal and external environments on organizational performance.
