本文简述了凸底锭形状及凸底对提高板坯收得率所起的作用。着重阐述模拟本钢初轧机轧制工艺条件,轧制10.7t沸腾钢锭并采用正交设计来确定钢锭最佳凸底几何尺寸的试验。本试验的最佳凸底几何尺寸与合适的工艺相匹配板坯收得率达97.47%。本文指出了最佳凸底与合适地轧制工艺相匹配的重要性,同时分析了由于凸底几何尺寸不当或轧制工艺不合适在轧制中所产生的缺陷及规律。得到了对于各种锭型正确确定最佳凸底几何尺寸的通用公式。
This article briefly describes the role of convex bottom ingot shape and convex bottom to improve slab yield. This paper mainly elaborates the experiment of simulating the rolling conditions of Benxi Iron and Steel Company, rolling the 10.7t ingot and using the orthogonal design to determine the best concentric geometry of ingot. The best convex geometry of the test matched with the suitable technology, the yield of the slab reached 97.47%. This paper points out the importance of matching the optimal convexity to the proper rolling process, and analyzes the defects and irregularities that occur in the rolling process due to improper geometry of the convex base or improper rolling process. A general formula for the correct determination of the optimum geometry of the convexities for all types of ingot was obtained.
