新课程改革轰轰烈烈,我校践行的是是“先学后教,以学定教”理念下的“三疑三探”教学模式,不论怎样的教学模式其宗旨都是为提高教学质量。学生时代,我的老师实行“先教后学”的模式,好在儿时的我自觉勤奋,往往在老师“满堂灌”之前,自己已经做好充分的预习,也往往能把这种低效劣质的课堂价值最大化。而今身为人师,坚信曾让自己获益的这种“先学后教”模式也一定可以让我的学生受益。
The vigorous reform of the new curriculum, our school practice is “under the guidance of learning to learn to teach ” under the concept of “three suspect three ” teaching mode, no matter what kind of teaching mode its purpose is to improve Teaching Quality. In the student age, my teacher practiced the mode of “teaching before going to school”, but when I was a child, I consciously worked diligently. Now, being a teacher, I believe this kind of “prior learning” model that has benefited myself will definitely benefit my students as well.
