在激烈的市场竞争中,人才对竞争结果有着至关重要的影响,表面上来看,市场竞争是产品、服务、技术的竞争,而实际上它是人才的竞争。在知识经济时代,只有掌握丰富的人力资源,才能立于不败之地。自改革开放以来,我国企业的市场竞争意识越来越强,而人力资源管理受到的关注也越来越多,尽管如此,我国企业人力资源管理仍然存在一些问题。本文对当代中国企业人力资源管理中产生的问题以及如何以创新思维建立新的管理模式展开了分析与探讨。
In the fierce market competition, talent has a crucial impact on the outcome of competition. On the surface, market competition is the competition of products, services and technologies. In fact, it is the competition of talents. In the era of knowledge economy, only by having abundant human resources can we be invincible. Since the reform and opening up, the awareness of market competition in our country enterprises has been getting stronger and stronger, and human resources management has received more and more attention. However, there still exist some problems in our country’s human resources management. This article analyzes and discusses the problems that arise in the human resource management of contemporary Chinese enterprises and how to establish a new management mode with innovative thinking.
