北京政源拆迁有限公司是由丰台区房屋土地管理局申请,经丰台区政府、北京市房屋土地管理局于1999年1月同意,北京市工商行政管理局批准注册的丰台区唯一具有一级资质的专业拆迁公司。政源公司是在原丰台区征地拆迁事务所的基础上,为顺应市场需要而改制成立的。经过两年多的艰苦创业,公司在原有的基础上逐渐发展壮大,现已形成由拆迁一至四部、房地产咨询部、危改拆迁部、财务部、办公室等七部一室组成的专业化拆迁公司。自1999年4月公司正式营业以来,先后完成了多个国家和北京市的重点拆迁工程,如京开高速公路北京段改扩建工程、西南四环路改造工程等项目。各
