教师的爱心(师爱)是教师职业道德的核心。热爱学生,作为教师的一种主观情感体验,决定着教师的行为选择和趋向。只有热爱学生,才能无微不至的关怀学生的成长,竭尽全力去教育学生。在教学工作中,我从师范毕业至今一直担任班主任。而作为一个班主任,其师德更能在具体工作中得到充分体现。深入细致地了解学生,真心实意地关心学生,充分地尊重信任学生,严格要求学生,面向全体学生……无不渗透着一个“爱”字。
