针对庆阳地区宝塔菜传统人工收获效率低、成本高、劳动强度大,并严重制约农户种植积极性和生产效益的现状,通过对根茎类作物收获机械的对比研究和调查分析,研究设计了一种集挖掘、输送、分选和集装功能一体的BS-1200型宝塔菜收获机。采用Croe2.0软件绘制了样机三维模型,经过样机试制和田间试验表明,该型收获机的各项指标基本能够满足宝塔菜收获要求,可收获0.08 hm~2/h,宝塔菜产量约2 500 kg/hm~2,大幅度提高了宝塔菜收获效率,提升了农民种植积极性和经济效益,有效助推了当地宝塔菜产业链发展。
Aiming at the current situation that traditional artificial harvest of pagoda dish in Qingyang is inefficient, costly and labor-intensive, and seriously restricts farmers’ enthusiasm for planting and production efficiency, a comparative study and investigation on the harvesting machinery of rhizome crops are carried out. Set of mining, transportation, sorting and assembly functions integrated BS-1200-type pagoda harvester. The prototypical three-dimensional model was drawn by using Croe2.0 software. After prototype test and field experiment, the indexes of this type of harvester can basically meet the requirement of harvesting pagoda dish, harvesting 0.08 hm ~ 2 / h, and pagoda yield about 2 500 kg / hm ~ 2, which greatly improved the harvesting efficiency of pagoda vegetables, promoted the enthusiasm and economic benefits of planting peasants, and effectively boosted the development of the local pagoda industry chain.
