二次世界大战后,真空带式过滤机开始在更多的工业部门得到应用,但在原料加工业,设备使用的可靠性及大处理量设备的运转状况都没有达到预期的效果。其原因是,滤液的排出和空气的吸入通常都是通过真空系统进行的,这就造成了排水的困难,水被带到下一过滤作业,使滤饼质量下降,内压损失。这里介绍的分离相流动装置(Separated phase flow system),滤液和空气分别排出,过滤带和真空装置相应的转换对比给予了保证。所以上面谈及的问題便可解决,过滤机操作的控制变得比较容易,并有可能设计出过滤面积高达200m~2的过滤机。
After World War II, the vacuum belt filter started to be used in more industrial sectors. However, in the raw material processing industry, the reliability of the equipment used and the operation of large-capacity equipment did not achieve the expected results. The reason is that filtrate discharge and air intake are usually carried out by a vacuum system, which results in drainage difficulties. The water is taken to the next filtration operation to reduce the quality of the filter cake and the internal pressure loss. The Separated Phase Flow system described here, the filtrate and the air are discharged separately, and the corresponding conversion comparison between the filter belt and the vacuum device is guaranteed. So the problems mentioned above can be solved, the control of the filter operation becomes easier, and it is possible to design a filter with a filtering area of up to 200 m ~ 2.
