大豆水分生理包括很多方面,这里仅就大豆的需水问题和大豆与环境的水分平衡问题做一简要的介绍。这两个问题目前在生产上是很重要的,但不太被人们注意。大豆的需水问题大豆是需水较多的作物,“旱谷涝豆”,这句农谚简明的表达了大豆的这一特性。衡量作物的需水多少,在生理上有一个指标,称需水量,它是指作物每形成一斤干物质,需要消耗多少水。大豆每形成一斤干物质,需要600—1,000斤水,这个需水量几乎是玉米和谷子的一倍多。
