技术教育的核心是培养学生运用各种技术知识解决社会和生活中的实际问题的能力。初中生物课程标准将实施技术教育、提高学生的技术素养列入课程目标。技术哲学是以技术的整体作为研究对象,是关于技术的本质、发展规律及其创造方法的哲学思考。技术哲学教育体现在:一是要从本体论层面上全面了解技术的本质和内涵;二是要从认识论层面上认同生物技术的应用价值;三是要从方法论层面上加深对技术方法的全面认识。阐明了教师要加深对技术教育的理解,提升自身的技术素养,才能应对素质教育的挑战。
At the heart of technical education is the ability to train students in using various technical knowledge to solve practical problems in society and in life. Junior biology curriculum standards will be implemented technical education, improve students’ technical accomplishment included in the curriculum objectives. Philosophy of technology takes the whole technology as the research object, and is a philosophical reflection on the nature of technology, the law of development and the method of its creation. The philosophy of technical philosophy is embodied in the following aspects. First, it is necessary to fully understand the nature and content of technology from an ontological level. Second, it is necessary to recognize the application value of biotechnology from an epistemological level. Third, to deepen the comprehensive understanding of technical methods from a methodological level . It is clarified that if teachers want to deepen their understanding of technical education and improve their technical literacy, they can meet the challenge of quality education.
