在两种润滑剂润滑条件下 ,研究了柴油机的缸套—活塞环摩擦副的磨合特性 .采用表面粗糙度仪、光谱分析仪、铁谱分析仪等设备 ,对该摩擦副的磨合试验结果进行了定性定量分析 ,结果表明 :磨合后的缸套表面的粗糙度均细化 ,使用康胜油磨合时 ,缸套表面粗糙度变化比普通CD40油均匀 ,而且在康胜油润滑条件下的缸套表面更早达到稳定磨损阶段 ,能缩短磨合进程 ,进而提高生产量
The running characteristics of cylinder liner and piston ring friction pair of diesel engine were studied under the condition of two lubricant lubricants.The results of running-in test of the friction pair were carried out by surface roughness instrument, optical spectrum analyzer and iron spectrum analyzer The results of qualitative and quantitative analysis show that the surface roughness of cylinder liner after grinding is refined, and the surface roughness of cylinder liner changes more evenly than that of ordinary CD40 when using the combination of Kang Sheng oil, and the cylinder under the condition of Lubrication Oil Lubrication Sleeve surface earlier stage of steady wear and tear, can shorten the run-in process, thereby increasing production
