湖滨带是连接湖泊水域生态系统与陆地生态系统的功能过渡区,湖滨带生态恢复和重建已经成为生态学与环境科学领域的研究重点和热点。土壤种子库是湖滨带植物群落演替的物质基础,在湖滨带植物群落的恢复与重建中具有重要的理论与实践意义。在阐述湖滨带土壤种子库形成与功能的基础上,从土壤种子库的研究方法、密度和物种组成、空间分布格局、与地表植物的关系、动态以及影响因素等方面,系统地阐述了湖滨带土壤种子库的研究进展;提出了湖滨带土壤种子库研究与应用中存在的问题与今后的研究方向,包括加强湖滨带土壤种子库特征及其影响因素的长期监测与研究、入侵植物对湖滨带土壤种子库的影响、湖滨带土壤种子库的遗传特征以及土壤病原菌对土壤种子库的影响、加强土壤种子库与其它生态恢复技术相结合的湖滨带生态修复工程实践,以期为土壤种子库在湖滨带生态恢复与重建中的研究与应用提供科学依据。
The lakeside belt is a transitional zone of function connecting lakes and waters ecosystems to terrestrial ecosystems. The ecological restoration and reconstruction of the lakeside zone has become a research focus and hotspot in the field of ecology and environmental science. Soil seed bank is the material basis for the succession of plant communities in the lakeshore zone. It has important theoretical and practical significance in the restoration and reconstruction of lakeside plant communities. On the basis of elaborating the formation and function of soil seed bank in lakeside zone, this paper systematically expounded the research methods, density and species composition of soil seed bank, spatial distribution pattern, relationship with surface vegetation, dynamic and influencing factors, etc. The research progress of soil seed bank was put forward. The existing problems and future research directions in the research and application of soil seed bank in lakeside zone were put forward, including the long-term monitoring and research on the characteristics of soil seed bank and its influencing factors in lakeshore zone. The influence of soil seed bank, the genetic characteristics of soil seed bank in lakeshore zone and the influence of soil pathogenic bacteria on soil seed bank, and the practice of ecological restoration of lakeside zone by combining soil seed bank and other ecological restoration techniques. With ecological restoration and reconstruction of the research and application to provide a scientific basis.
