目前,有关单位应用的10吨以下锅炉,因结构问题,只能使用单一类型的煤作燃料,如果所适用的煤断档,只好停用。如今这一难题已被攻克,10吨以下锅炉的“锅炉混合式炉拱及自控系统”问世。采用该项系统的锅炉,可以将固定式炉膛结构变为活动的可开闭炉拱,而且可以将手动炉拱变为自动控制和微机控制,从而改变了原来只能燃烧单一煤种为能够燃烧多种煤炭,并在高、低负荷时都能保持高的热效率,着火温控也十分灵敏,而且比原锅炉节煤10%左右。据上海有关专家教授鉴定,结论是达到国际先进水平,已获得上海市优秀发明选拔赛一等奖。
