应用免疫级化LSAB法对50例胃癌及12例癌前组织进行抑癌基因MTS1的检测。发现MTS1基因在癌前组织中阳性表达率为66.7%,在胃癌中的阳性表达率为28.0%,P<0.05;分化良好型胃癌MTS1基因阳性表达率为38.5%,分化不良型胃癌其阳性表达率为16.7%,P<0.05;在胃癌不同侵及深度及有无淋巴结转移各组间MTS1阳性表达无明显差别。提示MTS1基因与胃癌的发生及组织学分化有一定关系,而与胃癌的浸润及淋巴结转移无明显关系。
Immunostained LSAB method was used to detect the tumor suppressor gene MTS1 in 50 cases of gastric cancer and 12 cases of precancerous tissues. The positive expression rate of MTS1 gene in precancerous tissue was 66.7%, positive expression rate in gastric cancer was 28.0%, P<0.05; the positive expression rate of MTS1 gene in well-differentiated gastric cancer was 38.5% The positive expression rate of poorly differentiated gastric cancer was 16.7%, P<0.05. There was no significant difference in the positive expression of MTS1 between different invasion and depth of gastric cancer and lymph node metastasis. It suggests that MTS1 gene has a certain relationship with the occurrence and histological differentiation of gastric cancer, but has no significant relationship with the invasion and lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer.
