胶原分子由前胶原形式在细胞内合成,通过内质网、高尔基体分泌到细胞外。此后前胶原的N 端及C端的肽各自由前胶原氨基蛋白酶、与前胶原羧基蛋白酶切断,而组合成胶原纤维。作者测定各种肝脏疾病特别是原发性肝癌病人的血清前胶原N 端肽(PCⅢ-P),并探讨其临床意义。对象与方法健康人23例。各种肝病病人213例,其中原发性肝癌63例、转移性肝癌23例、肝硬变50例、慢性肝炎45例、急性肝炎急性期11例及恢复期7例、酒精性肝损伤21例。PCⅢ-P 的测定应用RIA 法(125Ⅰ标记PCⅢ-P)。同时分析比较了与GOT、GPTLDH,TBil(胆红素试验),Al-P(自动免疫测定试
