在故意伤害案件中,“犯罪人—被害人”的互动模式较为突出,从被害人角度研究被害风险具有一定的可行性。但是,被害风险很难用肯定或否定的结论得出。从被害因素入手,用统计数据的形式评估故意伤害案件中被害人的被害风险指标,总结此类案件的被害规律,并深入分析被害因素形成的原因,为预防和打击此类案件提供一个全新的视角。
In the case of intentional injury, the mode of interaction between “perpetrator and victim” is more prominent, and it is feasible to study the risk of victimization from the victim’s point of view. However, the risk of victimization is difficult to conclude with a positive or negative conclusion. Starting with the factors of victimization, the victim risk indicators of intentional injury cases are evaluated in the form of statistical data, the law of victimization of such cases is summarized, and the reasons for the formation of the factors of victimization are analyzed in depth, providing a completely new perspective for preventing and combating such cases .
