培养良好的品德教育是中小学德育工作的基本内容之一,是班主任的基本任务。经过几年对班主任工作的摸索发现,教师自身的崇高人格、精心营造的良好班风和开展的一系列丰富多彩的活动是品德教育的三个有效途径。
Cultivating a good moral education is one of the basic contents of moral education in primary and secondary schools and is the basic task of a teacher in charge of class. After several years of groping over the teacher in charge of a class, we found that the teacher’s own noble personality, well-planned class activities and a series of colorful activities are three effective ways of moral education.
