由于几个轻油注空气(LOAI)项目获得了成功以及海上为提高采收率建设的大规模氮生成设备,最近对LOAI和注氮给予了极大的关注。通过在邻近储层同时注氮和富空气,研究了两种工艺最佳结合的优点。在得不到二氧化碳的地方一般采用注空气方法,可以用富空气(含有30%~40%氧)代替二氧化碳。富空气是氮生成过程中的副产品,其价格大致与氮相同,富空气也能够采出较多的原油,因为地下原油氧化产生的二氧化碳的溶解度较高。不但可以用富空气开采轻油,而且通过较深储层中的湿式燃烧,注富空气也是提高重油产量的有效方法。说明了如何在轻油和重油油藏中使用氮和富空气。
The recent LOAI and nitrogen injection efforts have drawn great interest due to the success of several LOAI projects and the large-scale nitrogen generation equipment built at sea for enhanced oil recovery. By injecting nitrogen and enriched air in adjacent reservoirs simultaneously, the advantages of the best combination of the two processes are studied. In the absence of carbon dioxide gas injection method is generally used where rich air (containing 30% to 40% oxygen) instead of carbon dioxide. Rich air is a by-product of nitrogen generation and is roughly the same in price as air, which can also produce more crude oil because of the higher solubility of carbon dioxide produced by the oxidation of underground crude oil. Not only does it allow the exploitation of light oil with rich air, but also enriched air through wet combustion in deeper reservoirs is an effective way to increase heavy oil production.
