语言环境作为学习语言的重要影响因素之一,它从很大程度上影响了语言学习者。在少数民族聚居的地区,作为后天学习普通话的少数民族在本地语言环境的影响下会深深地烙上本地区方言的特点。同时,普通话的发展和作为少数民族第二语言的学习也对方言的发展产生了一定影响。方言与语言习得互相影响,但又相辅相成。在我国通常情况下,学习普通话的基本上都是在方言的影响下进行学习的,因此,各地的普通话都带有一定的方言特色。特别实在少数民族聚居地区,方言中不自觉的都带有各少数民族语言风格。因此在普通话在推广过程中,为方言的丰富提供着养料,反之,方言也在表达自己的同时,充实着普通话的发展。

In areas where ethnic minorities live in compact communities, the ethnic minorities who learn Putonghua from the latter will be deeply influenced by the local language environment under the influence of the local language. Dialect and language acquisition affect each other, but complement each other. In our country, learning Mandarin is basically under the influence of dialects. Therefore, Mandarin all over the country has certain dialect characteristics. Particularly inhabited by ethnic minorities, dialects are unconscious with ethnic minority languages. Therefore, in the promotion process of Putonghua, it provides nourishment for the enrichment of dialects. On the contrary, dialects are also expressing themselves while enriching the development of Putonghua.
